Chinoiserie Chandelier
This Chandelier needed
both cleaning and repair.
View 1 This chandelier is in need of lots TLC. Four of the
candelabra arms and three of the eagles at the top were
broken.

View 2 Here we have soldered the "chickens" in place.
We decided not to braze for fear of burning
surrounding finish.

View 4 Age and salt air have given this little Samurai a
much undesired patina.

View 5 This view shows a dirty bird up close. Three
of these eagles where broken at the inner original brass
gas tubing. The chandelier was originally a gas
chandelier.
